Refund Policy

This policy clarifies the provisions for refunding amounts paid for our services in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Important Notice

Tashyeed & Osos consulting and operational services are non-refundable after execution begins, in accordance with Article (19) of the Saudi E-Commerce Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/126) of 1440H, which excludes services that have already begun execution from the right of cancellation.

1. Legal Basis

This policy is based on Article (19) of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, which states that the consumer's right to cancel the contract does not apply to:

  • Services that have actually begun execution with the consumer's approval.
  • Goods and services prepared to client-specific specifications.
  • Digital goods and services after delivery or download.
  • Goods that cannot be returned by their nature.

All our consulting services fall under the first category — services that begin execution immediately upon contract signing and payment.

2. When Does Service Execution Begin?

Service execution is considered started in any of the following cases:

  • Conducting the first consultation session with our team (online or in person).
  • Beginning work on any document, policy, or report tailored to the client.
  • Sending any written consulting material (analysis, recommendations, forms).
  • Assigning a consultant or team to the client.
  • Sending login credentials to any of our platforms or systems.

3. Exceptional Cases Where Refund Is Possible

By way of exception only, the client may request a full or partial refund in the following cases:

3.1 Before Execution Begins

  • If the client requests cancellation before any contact from our team or sending any material, the full amount is refunded within 14 business days.
  • Deductions: Bank operation fees only (if any, usually not exceeding 2.5%).

3.2 Service Not Provided by Us

If we are unable to provide the service for a reason attributable to us (outside force majeure), the amount is fully refunded for the unfulfilled months.

3.3 Billing Error

If the client is billed incorrectly or duplicated, the additional amount is refunded within 7 business days from verification date.

4. Refund Request Conditions (in Permitted Cases)

  • Request must be sent in writing via email within 14 days of payment date.
  • Clarify the reason for the request and the time of cancellation.
  • Provide the original invoice number.
  • Agree to the approved administrative procedures.

5. How Refunded Amount Is Received

  • The amount is returned through the same original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
  • Actual time for the amount to appear in the client's account ranges between 5-14 business days depending on the bank or payment company.
  • We do not refund cash under any circumstances.

6. Suspending or Canceling Recurring Monthly Subscription

For clients subscribed to monthly packages:

  • Auto-renewal for the next month can be canceled at any time with written notice 7 days before the renewal date.
  • The amount paid for the current month is not refundable, and service continues until the end of the paid month.
  • To cancel, email info@t-osos.com with subject "Subscription Cancellation Request".

7. Quality Disputes

If the client believes the service provided does not match the agreement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of noticing the issue.
  • We will review the case and investigate within 10 business days.
  • If actual deficiency on our part is proven, we commit to fixing the service or providing an equivalent alternative, or a discount on the next invoice as appropriate.
  • If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the client has the right to resort to the competent authorities.

8. Right to Complain

If a satisfactory solution is not reached, the client has the right to file a complaint with:

  • Maroof Platform for e-commerce: maroof.sa
  • Ministry of Commerce: Via the "Tijarah" app.
  • Consumer Protection Authority.

9. Modifications to This Policy

Tashyeed & Osos reserves the right to modify this policy in line with Saudi regulatory updates. The modification is effective from the date of publication on the site. Modifications do not apply retroactively to contracts concluded before the modification date.
