- Subscriptions are monthly by default, with discounts available for annual subscriptions.
- Subscription fees are paid in advance before each service month begins.
- Listed prices do not include VAT (15%) as applied in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Official tax invoices are issued per the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority system.
- Payment delay exceeding 7 business days allows the Company to suspend service without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, code) is owned by Tashyeed & Osos and protected under Saudi intellectual property laws and international treaties.
- Documents, reports, and policies delivered to the client become the client's property upon final delivery and full payment.
- The Company retains the right to use its proprietary methodologies and internal tools without transferring them to the client.
- Copying or redistributing any site content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written permission.
6. Confidentiality and Information Protection
- The Company is committed to keeping client information confidential during and after the service period.
- The Company does not disclose any confidential information to third parties except with written client consent or by court order.
- The client is also obligated to maintain confidentiality of the Company's internal methodologies, tools, and documents.
- Personal data processing is subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and Warranties
- The Company makes every effort to deliver services with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Recommendations and consultations provided are professional opinions based on available information, and do not bind the Company to specific outcomes regarding performance, revenue, or profits.
- The Company is not responsible for any decisions made by the client based on consultations without full review with the Company.
- The Company is not liable for consequential or indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits, missed opportunities, business interruption).
- Maximum financial claim against the Company is the value of the subscription paid for the disputed month.
8. Prohibited Use
When using our site or services, the following is strictly prohibited:
- Any use violating applicable Saudi or international regulations.

10. Refund Policy

11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be considered in breach if unable to fulfill obligations due to force majeure beyond their control, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or emergency government decisions. The affected party shall notify the other within 7 business days.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days before resorting to litigation.
- The Saudi courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.
- The Arabic text prevails in case of any conflict with translations.
13. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with modifications effective from the date of publication on the website. Periodic review is recommended. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
